It is your contribution to this forum which matters. After becoming a senior member, if you contribute most for the forum, your contribution in compulsory and optional subjects etc, and your guidence to junior members all these things include. On the basis of this contribution awards are given to the members.. Such as medal of appriciation, member of the month, member of the year etc.

Why are members so curious and serious about junior and senior member thing? It is the most useless thing to be discussed. We dont even bother about it. It does not rate members. Many junior members have done commendable work as compared to senior members. Many senior members have more than 500 posts and not a single one is worthy enough whereas many junior members, with too little posts, have managed to earn medal of appreciation.

the real thing is to share knowledge here. you can get knowledge and guidence from this forum as well as you could provide it to others. this forum is like an institution. so it doesn't matter whether you are a senior member or junior member. we are here to help each other.
our real destination is not in becoming a senior member or getting medals from the forum. we have to contribute to the forum. and our destination is getting our aim whether it is css or in any other field. that will be a medal for us.
the real thing is the quality of our post rather than the quantity of our posts.
