Clear your browser Cache/cookies etc and disable all the firefox extensions and then see if you still have this issue.

Did everything,sir.
Deleted browser,cleared cookies,extensions and personal settings.Run registry cleaner.Run anti-virus.
It is happening in both PC and Laptop.

css forum was not opening from my friends place.i tried everything but was unable to open the forum.everything else on internet was working fine from his place.However there are no issues from my place.

Update: now its working fine. Actually adat si hogaye hai forum ki and it is better to spend time here rather to stalk around on facebook and other social sites.

Malmeena very rightly said and they also say that " che da tolo sara mar shay laka mar hum chay na way"
translation: agar sub k saath mar jawo phr fikar ki baat nahi ye aisa hai jase mare he na ho

The database error appeared for less than 15 seconds and it is a NON-ISSUE as i was trying some fixes that time. The rest of the issues you are facing are not global and i can't say much when it works for most of the users. I would like to know if anyone else has the exact same issue. Is it firefox only or browsers like I.E, Chrome etc too? I would try other browsers, disable all plugins and maybe try a different ISP. If the forum does not open for sometime, don't panic as the server is under heavy load most of the time and it goes down for a few minutes. Currently we have a Quad Xeon setup and are moving to a server with double the specs in a week time.
