First of all, You are in a habit of posting threads in wrong sections. Always read description given under the titles and post accordingly. Such questions are to be asked in Feedback section.
Secondly, Read Forum Rules. "Help me" isn't an appropriate title. Always give meaningful titles.

As far as your question is concerned, One can communicate with members/friend through posts and threads only. However, you can search their profiles for any contact information if you wish to communicate privately. A notification pops up under username whenever someone sends a friendship request.
