Out of 149 originally preselected candidates, only 30 have been short-listed for interview. Staggering. Was English test was so difficult?

Heartiest felicitations to the selected candidates; I suppose the interview process will not be difficult for them now since for the total of 27 seats they've selected 30 candidates, so a chunk of filtration was done in this phase only.. Anyways goodluck

When would the process of interview be started?? and any news about next jobs advertisement??

FPSC does not conduct essay test for AD IB rather the first screening test is of general knowledge. After getting through that test FPSC conducts English composition test that includes a short essay of 1000 words with precis, comprehension, idioms, correction, narration, etc. You can comprehensively prepare that type of essay within 2 weeks if you have a strong grip on grammar.
