Default some facts about PCS Judicial Punjab

Dear fellows

most of the beginners don't know whether;
1. they have got themselves enrolled with local Bar Association (like Lahore Bar) beside having secured a license from Punjab Bar Council.

if answer is "no" then it might be fatal to their aims and ambitions.

2. Try to be conceptual and capitalize on conceptual books rather than reciting or learning by heart the "notorious notes".
3. Command over English language shall always be the key.
4. I'm not a scholar, however a Punjab University LL.M and frequent contributor to the "Pakistan Law Journal", can be helpful to brighten your concepts. anyone finding difficulty may contact me. at yahoo it advocate_qaisar
