Default w.salam

its good you can convert sections in your own words.
no need to make notes but jot down one section in a manner
that you may not feel difficulty while preparing
for papers.draw outline for each question.
it will help you in exams when we have less time and lot of work to do.

My Suggestions:
you can make notes by scrutinizing each and every distinct point in a section. give headings to these points and learn it by heart. Making notes is good and to me, important also in law to understand the cruks of the topic.
2ndly, comparison of different sections in different Act/Ordinances is important to obtain good score (e.g, while giving answer about confession in Qanoon e Shahadat, it would be good if u mention CrPC section 164 and also something about plead guilty).
