Dear members, this thread is made with the purpose of sharing your test experience of NTS Test for CJ Under LHC. So that it is helpful for all other and future aspirants, (as threads remain active for a very long time) ;D

well in my opinion, test was very poorly made, it was too tough and there were numerous mistakes in paper.

speciallty Criminal law portion was intended to check candidates memorizing skills than knowledge and concepts. too bad.!!!

Here are some questions of Civil Judge Test under LHC (1st phase taken by NTS held on 16-12-2012).
These are given for general benefit and especially for the benefit of future aspirants.
Questions are in Bold

3 Appeal by a nonparty person allowed? Permissible/or not

but good thing is mostly candidates qualified for next phase

conratz to all.May u all succeed in next stages...test ws rather dificult .Agreed.yet who came with btter prepration,managed to scores high.criminal law portion was tuf but ,on the other hand,Gk portion was comparitively easy.....

Congrats to all who passed...Me too Passed the test and i havent prepare anything till now..
Kindly tell me which laws and act are included in the syllabus...
If anyone have syllabus of the next test plz do share...
