NOC is essential where you want to get your previous exp. counted towards your seniority in new govt. organisation that you are joining.

NAB treats every1 fresh for the seniority and it is decided on the merit basis, anyways.

I have a BSC Hon. in Applied Accountancy, but it is a foreign qualification. Do I need HEC equivalence of 16yrs education to be eligible for the post?

My question is almost same. I have
- BS degree (16 years) in Bioinformatics
- MS degree (18 years) in Computer software engineering, waiting for result which will be announced by August maximum IA.

Am I eligible to apply?

Why everyone is busy is making it more complicated for themselves! Simple is that check advertisement if your degree is mentioned then eligible if not then certainly not.
