I am a graduate of IBA Karachi. Should I attest my Degree from HEC? And How can I do it?

Does IBA Karachi makes it exempted from procedures, rules and laws.

As every province has its own quota, how cum they put all students in a single merit list.there should have been a seperate list for each province.

I think jo log is kisam k swaal kar rahe hai , k merit lists seperate honi chahye thi , un ka naam list ma nai hai. Correct me If I am wrong.
