There is no age relaxation except mentioned categories on Form 3rd Page "Age Relaxation Claim" (Tribal Area,AJK,Retired Army person, Gov Person etc) .

Different but more than 60 % subjects are common. and what said in the advertisement meets both.

One of my friend did Electronics engineering and he's quite confident about his eligibility for DAD. He said he studied computer subjects in his degree which covers more than 200 marks. i.e Computer fundamentals, Computer programming, OOPs, computer networking etc. Now it depends on you.
