this link is for application form im talking about challan form to depost fee ?? where is challan form which i have to submit in bank?

Check the form till end. Chalan would definitely be there.

@N is best

Today, bank were off to submit the challan, can I send the application form with chalan on Monday, but I am afraid, the last date is day after tomorrow. Then how can it reaches islamabad, because dispatching will take almost two to three days? N is best I want your suggestion whether I should apply or not?

Dear, NTS has extended the last date till 30th july. Do it on monday morning..
