The educational qualifications for Ad is divided into two parts.
a)At least 2nd division master degree
b)Or 16 years education in any of the mentioned subjects.
What I percieved from it,is that part a includes all masters degrees i.e pol sci,eng,urdu,Islamiyat,Maths etc each and every 2 years master degree it embodies
Now here comes the question that if it embodies all the masters degress then what is the need of the part after OR in the advertisement.
To me, I think that the part after OR does not refer to master degrees,instead it says 16 years education which could b 4 years B.S an any of the mentioned programms.Because those who study 4 years B.s programs,after FA/FS.c,althoug they hav completed 16 years of education,but they are not master degree holders(although their education is equivalent to masters) yet,they are still beachlors.similarly L.LB degree holder is having 17 years education yet he is called Beahlors of legam basalirium (greek), He is not called master degree holder.
Iooking into this situation the ad has bifurcated the master degree from 16 years of education.Thus everyone with simple master degree in any subject is eligable,to me.

In Pakistan, 16 years of education is equal to a 'Master's degree'. You can google that with HEC and you'll eventually find the source.

Its simple. Masters or 16 years i.e., BS, (but in the mentioned subjects only) are eligible to apply. Others possessing degrees in pol science, IR, history etc are not eligible even with PHD. Thats it.

but the above mentioned paper is comprised of 100 marks already where did the analytical go?
