NTS or some concerned authorities are out of their mind.

Consider the following points.

Visit this link page no. 6.

1)
http://www.fpsc.gov.pk/icms/admin/we...1-2014)%20.pdf

bear in mind This is HEC notification.

2) Last year I was drooped at the final stage of selection due to low in merit not on the ground of qualification, for assistant director.

3) At least one person form the last requirement procedure, and esteem member of this forum is serving as Assistant director and He is also M.Com Finance and his Name Faisal.

By the way I'm also rejected on the same ground. lets talks to NTS and NAB tomorrow.

NAB has changed criteria for recruitment from previous year, the change must have been approved, but is it justifiable to allow candidates with masters in defense and strategic studies while not allowing those having masters in IR and Political science, same goes for engineering and MBA vs MPA and M.Com etc.
I have doubts that NAB will not be able to defend its position if a stay order from court is sought by anyone whose name is in rejected list because of irrelevant qualification.
Somebody needs to unite these candidates and proceed the case to court.

how can court of law decide the correct eligibility criteria?? i think NAB is only competent authority to approve the criteria of eligibility

Discriminatory policy; candidates with equivalent qualifications are deprived of their right to compete.
If they have changed policy from previous year then the logical reasons must have been recorded in written, the court will inquire these and its legitimacy.

don't you think that you should ask NAB for logical reasoning before going court??
