The result of Psychometric test will not be announce once as of screening test result. They (NAB/NTS) will intimate successful candidates through text/email for interview individually. Later, they will upload the list on website.
This is what they had done in 2015.

Tu jaisay hi kisi ko NTS/NAB ki taraf sy call aye, kindly yahan par zarooor share ki ji-ye ga.

This happens in almost all the recruitments . Any idea who will be contacting ? Will it be nts or will it be NAB to decide who to call ?
In CAA recuritments nts only compiles the result and let caa decide the rest.

NAB would be the one calling...NTS will just send the list of eligible candidates after psychometric to NAB...

I wonder if NAB actually does consider 70-30% ratio of written-interview or just makes the final list solely based on the interview. Because drafting these lists.based on fixed weightages must seem like headache to these government organization HR departments....something which they are not really used to.

Last year recruitment process went down in same manner. NTS executed both filtration processes, 1: Screening Tests (Thousand's to 10 Per Seat) 2: Psychometric Test (3 to Per Vacancy). Then, NAB interview the candidate list emerged after Psychometric test.

NAB press releases during last year recruitment process suggest that three candidates would be/ would have interviewed against each post as well as screening test score to interview weight ratio was 70% : 30%. However, many among members who qualified for interview stage stated conflicting judgments/opinions.
1. One faction of candidates suggested that interview was conducted with 1:1 ratio (Single candidate for one post). This opinion, though, defies the common sense because many even on this forum reported that they could not made it to final merit list. (It is also pertinent to note that none of those members who suggested this scenario has not reported on this forum about their own selection/rejection status throughout the stages of process.)

2. Another faction (almost everyone who reported to have this opinion was rejected after interview) suggested that either it was only interview that played main role in final selection or it was Psychometric Assessment + Interview combination. Again, all of those aspirants who seems to have this opinion were rejected after Interview.

3. All the successful candidates who were engaged on this forum during recruitment process were firm in their belief of 70% : 30% as announced by NAB through press release.

(On lighter note!) I am planning to stand with third opinion.

I dont have any idea about NAB but in case of CAA they usually go with the interview as the sole criteria( in my opinion thats wrong because thats where parachi wala get accommodated).

bro, in 2012, it was reported they have called 1.2 * total seats. As the chairman wanted full merit and no parchi wala could enter into the list. Moreover, a candidate on top will only be rejected due to some reason that will in written form by the panel otherwise his rejection will be questioned by the chairman. In 2015, they changed the process and followed the fpsc guidelines, it was 3* total seats or 5 * total seats that is not confirmed.
