Dear candidates, congratulations for tremendous performance in the written test of NAB vacancies. Those who are new to the process and have scored well, which in this case is above 70 at least (IMO), must be anxious about the timeline and the further recruitment process. Although I did not appear in the said tests, however I can shed a light over the upcoming process on the basis of my experience for the type of vacancies, in 2015.

Stages of recruitment process:

Written test
Psychometric testing
Interview stage

Written test:

Written Test was held on 15th March 2015.
Score uploaded on website of NTS on 18th March 2015.

Documents submission
Received SMS form NTS, on 20th March 2015, to send documents by 24th march 2015, which was later extended to 27th March 2015, on account of gazetted holiday and weekly off.

Psychometric testing

Received SMS on 31st March 2015, for psychological testing scheduled on 5th April 2015.

TAT

Note 2: Intelligence test whether verbal or non-verbal, was not the part of NAB psychological testing

Note 3: In addition to this, you should be ready for some unexpected contents of the test.

Interview stage
Many candidates will be filtered out at psychometric stage and only the further shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview… to be conducted by NAB officials.

On 26th May 2015, NTS intimated the date and venue of interview through SMS and later the call letter was also received.
Last interview was conducted on in end of June 2015
Final result was announced on 13th July 2015

Note 1: We were directed to get our degrees verified by HEC. So you should be mentally prepared for this.

Note 2: If NTS/NAB asks to bring photocopies of the documents, it doesn’t mean that the photocopies are also required to be verified/attested by HEC.

P.S: Last time the time duration for recruitment process was advertised as 4 months and it was completed with in 4 months from the date of written test.

In the end, I want to express my feelings that when I did not get finally recommended for the Job, I felt same like the rest (just little bit), but ultimately, I realized that it was actually better rather best for me. So... the bottom line, don't lose your heart, have faith and just do your best... rest leave to ALLAH and you will be blessed for sure.
