What is the requirement of NAB in terms of the big 5 personality test.

How do we need to perform on personality traits in order to make through.

Openness
Agreeableness
Extraversion
Conscientiousness
Neuroticism

How do we need to fair on this traits ??
Giving an example for instance if some one says he's talkitive and therefore open to new ideas than such a trait might get you through in marketing but for NAB maybe they need somebody who is a "yes man" and bit less open and adventurous so when the related question gets asked that "are u talkitive " than the suitable choice would be disagree.

Same is the case with other traits what do think they want to see in a person.

Should be answer everything in strongly disagree or strongly agree ?? When should be use the milder options of agree and disagree ?
(we cant be neutral thats for sure).

Can you share the gist of your knowledge which can be helpful to us in pschometric test? Its first of its kind test for me so i have no idea..

AOA Can you please suggest, how to complete these stories for us (a completed story would be of great help as example)

Story 1: He joined the service for bright future but....

Story 2: Suddenly he woke up in the night and ...
