I called NTS Karachi office. Guy on the desk said it is for those who got roll no slips late, and those who were absent for the first attempt. I asked him that isnt it highly unfair that absent ones get to test again? He said call Islamabad for that.

If the Stories are same for those candidates appearing on 12th August then it is totally unfair for us. They will have prepared and memorized 4 pages of 4 different stories by now. Surprise factor was the huge part of this test and now they are giving an unfair advantage to those who were too lazy to show up on 4th August.

if they didn't get roll no. slips or got slips late then its not an excuse to conduct the test again especially for these people. As it was clearly written on NTS website "if you don't get your slip till 3rd of August, then make print of this electronic slip and contact to help desk along with your original CNIC on the test day i.e. on 4th August" so i am totally unable to understand what's this ?

If they got roll no slips late they can take print of their record from NTS site.
