Yes ... because there are only 3 seats of Deputy Director cadre at Baluchistan. And Only 14 to 15 candidates were there in the final psychological test.

So you are sure that at least 9 or 10 candidates are going to be called or are called for the DD. I hope I have understood you correct.

(2) What are you doing these days? (3) Why do you want to leave the present job and join the NAB? (4) Will you sign an agreement for not leaving the NAB for Five or so years? (5) What do you think NAB is all about? (6) What is the main difference between the Anti-Corruption Department and NAB? (7) What if you do not qualify training session, then what will you do? (8) What if we appoint you at a place far from your hometown? (9) What salary do you expect from NAB and what is your present salary? The rest is more SPECIFIC: (10) What is your qualification? (11) Why did you take this? (12) Based on your academic qualification you could have joined Banking System or any private organization why did you select NAB? (for AD) (13) Where are you from ? (14) Do you know a person (x) or well known place or history of your area? So many more...... |

That would be very helpful for everyone appearing in interview. Again NAB called me a while ago and said that have i sent them my graduation result card. I told them that yes i sent it yesterday. They are not leaving any stone unturned to contact those who have to send missing documents.

yes these are the most important ones.this is more than 50% of the interview, you are actually assessed in these questions. remaining are just further assurance if answers to above questions are depicting the already assessed personality. |

Wont they ask any question about our final degree, GK, any national current affair or Pakistan affair issue. Do not you think they surely will ask about NAB's history, functions, hierarchy,current scenario, future etc

i.e Why do you want to leave the present job and join the NAB? one cant say that i am fed up with my current job n want some change or NAB office is at 5 mints drive from my place thats why. the above answers are true but not appropriate, and personally i could never think up a better justification for this kind of questions. and one more thing, last tym, in an interview, some one asked a question like this " where do u think u ll stand after 5 yrs?" n literally the answer that sprang to my mind was "in my room, with a mug of tea/coffee, switching tv channels" or even worse answer "at ur seat ma'am, interviewing fresh ADs of next batch" so again wat ever question u post, kindly give some suggestions as well on how to respond |
