Congratulations to all those received interview call. But i have serious doubt about credibility of nTS and socalled NAD. The criteria is not clear, no list updated on website. And doubts about their psycholoical test

Thanks, i agreed with you that at least either NAB or NTS should have published the list of the interview qualifiers at its website. The result of psychological test was compiled by NTS to whom the NAB has outsourced the whole recruitment process before interview. I don't think so there is any kind of malpractice in compilation of psychological result.

Regards

Aur agr is se ziada criteria meet kren to phir kis base pe interview kelye short list kia in logo ne? Aur kia guarantee ha k jitni seats han atkeast utny logo ne psychological pass kia? Things are not clear atall

we have to wait till the time either NAB upload the list of interview qualifiers or the first day of the series of interview at Karachi i.e. DD post where we can take an idea by the number of candidate going to appear for that day.

Regards

It is not complicated as you perceive. Simple they weeded out the candidate irrespective of their merit position who was declared UNFIT by Psychologist. After that they would have compiled the merit list again and called the candidates for interview who secured more marks among the finally selected as per ratio known to NAB. It means there would be two kind of candidates who couldn't secure the position for interview i. who declared unfit by psychologist ii. who couldn't come under the ratio criteria even after passing the psychologist test.

The suggestion is quite rational. However it is the usual practice to conduct psychological test of candidates declared successful in written part in almost all organization where psychological test is also part of recruitment process e.g ISI, CSS etc
