1. As per my experience for interview With PPSC, usually a committee constituted by PPSC for various post recruitment, interview candidates up to 15 (not always) max for lower grades post, in a day. It interviews every candidate, regardless of his qualification, up to 10 mint. maximum. However, for higher grades post, BPS-16 upward, committee interview candidates up to 10 candidates but, usually 8 candidates a day.
Thus, when we compare DSC with PPSC committee, we could conclude that DSC is not going to conduct interview for a God dam whole day at all and not 50 or 60 candidates in a single day. 2. Also, back in 2014 NTS provided services to EOBI for recruitment. Haplessly, I fall below merit but all the topper candidates as per available vacancies were asked to perform same hectic job before appearing DSC: 1:1 ratio. 3. As per advertisement important note, section d: Shortlisted candidates will be call for written/psychological test and subsequently further shortlisting will be done before the conduct of interviews, according to availability of vacancies. We may deduce, hopefully, candidates are called according to available seats: 1:1 ratio. |

I agree eobi men b aisa he hova tha i was also below with one mark but ounhun ny b interview ki formality ki thi jst documents checking etc r jst selected candidates ka interview tha wo b different dates py it might b possible yahan b aisa ho.think positive and hope for the best.first test was for knowledge judgment and second test was for our personality judgement.ab kya judge kar k mazeed short list karain gy k hummny dress kya pehna hai etc.i think 2 tests was enough for selection pehly b tu nab ny aisy he selection ki thi.

In NAB, selection is made through selection Board and Departmental Selection Committees as per following procedure:
