I did't submit attested degrees to NAB on my interview day, 19 June 2015. Now, should I submit attested degrees as early as possible or wait for final result?

My interview was not just chit chat, rather, they asked around 6 to 8 different questions in the time span of 8 to 12 minutes. But, they were in hurry, the first panelist even started to discuss and then remember that he didn't asked me for my introduction. They asked questions about finance, my current job, corruption in accounts offices etc, and why I want to switch from my current job.

Regards,

Hello Everybody. Can anybody come up with exact, authentic info. that what the hell is happening there in NAB,

1. Why panel is so least interested
2. What are chances of merit
3. What is exact criteria. Some say Psychological category ?
4. if interview doesn't matter only written marks matter then why did they call 4-5 candidates against one seat.

All friends are specially Mr Qureshi, conspirator , faisal and others are requested to reply ...

The point wise reply as per my information / assessment is as under:

1. The interview is just formality.
2. Merit is being followed by not giving complete discretionary powers to the interview panel.
3. The result submitted by psychologist is category based. let suppose there is four categories. every category has specific marks that will be added in order to calculate final merit.
4. The ratio of 1:5 for interview has been set in order to comply with the directions of Govt of Pakistan through Establishment division. By adopting this any chance of stay order by court on this pretext has been weeded out.

i add point no. 5.

5. The final merit would be calculated on the basis of following factors:
a. Written marks
b. Psychological rating
c. Academic performance
d. Experience acquired (Already mentioned in Advertisement)

Regards

Bro first: it would be helpful if you could describe the relevant experience in regard to AD as well for JIO. Secondly, what kind of authority does has interview penal.

I'd conversion with person currently serving in NAB as AD, he told me that last time written marks merit listwas re-arranged again after interview and interview has some reasonable contribution in the final merit list, he assured me that its just not a formality.

My Dear: last time the candidates were called with the ratio of 1:1 with very few extra for waiting list. What you are sharing is exactly the same what i am saying that the merit list based upon written marks would be re-arranged keeping in view already shared factors. The factors of experience, psychological rating & academic performance would make a real difference.

If we assume the interview panel is fully empowered and interested to assess the knowledge, communication skills etc. Then how can panel award the marks on mere introduction of the candidate. what kind of magic the panel has to fully assess the candidate in one or two general questions? On 18.06.15, the one of the senior officer was denoting interview as informal. All the candidates were asked about introduction and one or maximum two questions raised about their personal life, current job etc.

Regards

There is simply no practical way that panel assigns marks after interview, given the type of interview that were subjected to. And as far as academic qualification is concerned, that also seems impractical. How are they going to compare qualifications from different boards and universities? Psychological test simply recommends a person or reject him, no marks are assigned in psychological tests.
