My interview was held on 18 June 2015, I was 29th in the list and 1st after break of 2 PM.
I entered in room and saluted them (I am a police officer) they ordered to have seat.

1st Member: Aap Faisal Manzoor ho?
Me: Yes! Sir
1st Member: Apna Taaruf krao.
Me: My Name, Education (M.Com), District, job (ASI 3 Year, SI 1 Year), Father's Job
1st Member: Ap ASI thay, phr Exam dia SI bnay aur ab Sihala training bhi kr chukay ho?
Me: Yes! Sir
1st Member: Commandant Sihala ka jo scandal Media pr aaya wo kia tha? Aur kon haq pr tha?
1st Member: Apko practical baat btata hu, jb murder ho jae to investigation officer Attock aur DG Khan se arrest krte hain, jb k fund sirf Rs 7000 hota he aap kia kro ge?
1st Member: Training se kia Seekha?
2nd Member: Agar SHO Daska ki training aap k saath hui hoti to kia wo qatal na krta?
3rd Member: Extra judicial killing honi chahye k ni?
3rd Member: Agar Crime Scene pr evidences na hu to?
1st Member: Family Back ground?
Ap ja skte hain, I saluted again and came back.
it was 6-7 minutes interview.

There was a guy on serial no. 3 i think.. he could not be interviewed on time because he came a little late.. but he would have been interviewed later in time..
may be u r counting him as ur 3rd candidate who missed the interview...

My interview held on 23rd June at Islamabad head office ..

My name was 7th in the list ..
They asked me Mr. Imtiaz Ahmed introduce yourself..
I told my introduction little bit lengthy about 2 min ..
Owing to my degree in Economics, one of the panelist asked me about
Rostow Theory. I replied the answer by telling them all 5 stages of rostow stages of growth..
They asked when was Pakistan's take-off stage .. I said in 1960's during Green revolution .. then they asked me demand and supply and equilibrium stage....then he asked me what is the biggest economic problem of Pakistan.. I said INEQUALITY sir. He said how..I defended my argument with concrete reasons..then they asked my Family Background .. then one of panelist asked me that why have you mentioned your address in Lahore instead you are serving in Islamabad. Then they asked me have you appeared for competitive examination.. I replied yes sir .. Then they asked have you prepared in
Quaid-I-Azam library in Lahore.. I said yes for about 2 years. Then they asked me about my current job related questions.. and then said thank you Gentleman ..

In last it is pertinent to say that the environment was cooperative as I felt very comfortable. I replied every answer to the point and degree related questions boosted my confidence owing to my long exposure of Economics especially because of CSS..

Hope for the best as Allah almighty is best decider ..
