They told that it is not allowed to disclose the criteria whereas the NAB is bound to intimate. The NAB is claiming this recruitment process transparent and merit based. This is merit when a person benefited so muccccch by interview that he was at 78 position after written and he secured 6th position in final merit list of Punjab.

2. You can see many candidates who have been selected without relevant experience.

3. Definitely the training is the preparation of candidate for the job.

4. Agreed

5. The NAB has claimed the recruitment process as transparent and merit based. If such transparency was maintained then why not individual score of written & interview not mentioned in the final merit list. There is big question mark on the selection of low written marks candidates i.e. 72, 73.

This is really unfortunate that the organization meant for eradication of corruption itself couldn't follow the merit.

Everyone has right to know the information related to the criteria adopted by the NAB. Any aggrieved candidate can approach the concerned quarters against the violation made by the NAB.

The following steps can be made to approach the concerned quarters and i believe there will be many discrepancies made by NAB in adjusting the low scorers.

A. Send your representation to chairman NAB with copy to Prime Minister Public Affairs and Grievances Cell & Supreme Court of Pakistan Human Right cell.

i. National Accountability Bureau (NAB) ATTATURK AVENUE G-5/2, Islamabad
Tel: 051-111-NAB-NAB (111-622-622)
Fax: 051-9214503
Email: chairman@nab.gov.pk

ii. Supreme Court of Pakistan
Constitution Avenue, G-5/2
Islamabad, Pakistan
Telephone: +92 5192 20 581-600
Fax: +92 5192 13 452
Email : mail@supremecourt.gov.pk

iii. Prime Minister of Pakistan
PM Public Affairs and Grievances Cell
Islamabad

I hope in the given scenario if the representation is made as above. There is possibility that Government of Pakistan can file reference against NAB. And the Supreme Court of Pakistan which is already proceeding against NAB wrong doings can take suomoto action.

B. If you receive no action within a week time after submission of representation. The petition can be filed by enclosing that representation to any nearest bench of High Court.

Regards
relevant experience of the selected candidates is also question qureshi.... I have 3 years NAB experience and 3 years police... both are very much relevant but still not slected

Please, clear your facts before you divulge wrong information publicly.
Secondly, relevant experience does matter. Let's suppose if FIA has to appoint an officer out of two. One has got 10 years experience in teaching whereas the experience of other is 1 year in Police. The later will always be given preference and consideration.

Anyways !! Hard Luck for you.
Just tried to address a little query in your mind which I was apprised through one of my colleague.
you deserve to be selected, I have heard about you... relevant experience does matter. investigation skills come by experience thats why the FIA and Anti-Corruption officers made gr8 progress when NAB was founded... after NABs own induction conviction rate is very low.. but unluckly in my cases it did not work... However all have right to send their queries and adopt due course of law

Default Selection criteria

Those people who scored 78 or above did not qualify for the provincal quota... the were shortlisted against the merit post for interview... the one who were shortlisted below 78 marks were for provincal quota... i hope this will help in judging the merit list...

Give me your e-mail so that i can send you the excel sheet of all candidates of JIO appeared in the interview in order to prepare the merit list after written test. It will be handy in raising the representation.

I think all the aggrieved candidates having higher marks in written part should come forward to launch a collective efforts.

Just tried to address a little query in your mind which I was apprised through one of my colleague.
Congratulations, Dear Hamza Nihal, You made it................

1. Brother your CNIC carrying Punjab number that is why included in the Punjab List.

2. The written marks i.e. 72 starts from 136 serial on overall Pakistan basis. And you finally secured 12th position overall Pakistan basis. It is pertinent to mention here you secured the position next to Mr Ali Arslan Syed who was the written part topper i.e. 87 marks. We can presume that Mr Ali Arslan secured 15 marks out of 30 marks of interview and you secured 30 out of 30 marks in order to equalize you with him.
It is very clearly mentioned in the Establishment Division circular followed by the NAB that the Relevant Qualification/Experience carries 30% of interview marks i.e. (4.5 marks each for experience and qualification = 9 marks total). Keeping in view your achievements in the relevant field, if the panel awards 4.5 marks out of 4.5 marks. What was the criteria of remaining 25.5 marks????? Its big question mark????????

you are not the only one who got selected securing 72 (lowest) marks in the written part. Remaining candidates with their merit positions are as follows; (All these candidates have brilliant relevant experience like you????????)

Final Merit no. Roll No Name Marks Result Domicile Final Result
12 6120109 *HAMZA NIHAL TARIQ 72 Pass AJK Selected
17 3922993 *ANUM SHAKIL 72 Pass Punjab Selected
23 3321091 *OSAMA YUNUS 72 Pass Sindh Selected
24 3922577 *IMTIAZ AHMED 72 Pass Sindh Selected
28 6323436 *MALIK MUHAMMAD UZAIR REHAN 72 Pass Punjab Selected
32 6321378 *MUHAMMAD LUQMAN 72 Pass Punjab Selected
49 6022198 *FIDA MUHAMMAD KHAN 72 Pass KPK Selected
50 3924071 *KAMRAN AHMED 72 Pass Sindh Selected
53 2920935 *IRFAN ALI 72 Pass Sindh Selected
54 6022594 *MEHVISH GUL 72 Pass KPK Selected

The candidates who secured 73 marks and successful in securing their seats in final merit list are as follows:

Final Merit no. Roll No Name Marks Result Domicile Final Result
16 3921659 *USMAN MAJEED 73 Pass Punjab Selected
29 2920521 *DANISH IQBAL 73 Pass Sindh Selected
33 2620502 *MERAL FAROOQ 73 Pass Punjab Selected
37 6320604 *HIRA IFTIKHAR 73 Pass Punjab Selected
38 7120471 *ABDUL HAMEED SHAIKH 73 Pass Sindh Selected
43 2620006 *SHAZIA NAWAZ 73 Pass Punjab Selected
52 3321006 *RIZWAN ALAM 73 Pass Sindh Selected

3. If the interview panel spent only 2 to 3 minutes with majority of the candidates. Where is the fault of candidates??? How the panel can make accurate assessment in such a meager time???? I have 4 years research experience but the panel even not bothered to listen about me experience detail. is this my fault????? The last 7 candidates on 18 hune interviewed only in 12 minutes.

Note: The NAB should learn the transparency even from LDA in connection with the declaration of result. Wherein the LDA published result by allocating marks component wise in order to ensure meritocracy.

Congratulations and Good Luck once again.

Regards
