First Division is Grade A Bachelor's Degree; Second Division is Grade B Bachelor's Degree, I guess. 50% Marks are passing marks for NTS test. There is another test whose weightage will matter too, and that is of English Subjective Test of 100 Marks, after that Interview will be conducted which will carry its own marks. Result will be based on Written Test, English Subjective Test and Interview.
