Plz if somebody can take stay??
I think one should make them realize that the decision on age limit ,limit on attempts and length of service should be reviewed.
In addition,this exam should be held yearly..

Is there any quota system in SOPE or all 45 posts are for open merit

Dear there is no quota system in SOPE as per my knowledge. This exam is based on merit.

Only one thing needs consideration that is exam must be conducted on yearly basis

Such petitions will only delay the exam as these are already delayed exam more than one year. this petition will no fruit because all such pleas has already been addressed by courts and authorities since issuance of SOPE roles in May 2015. The focus should be on conduct exam on yearly basis. Further CSPs are fatal opponent of this exam they already delayed this exam 04 years. It is best for rankers not to indulge in petty issues otherwise they will lost this of promotion.
