dear sir , it is clearly mentioned in the rules and guidelines of this advertisement that only screening test marks and interview marks will be included in case of final merit selection. no academics marks included in final selection

my uncle submitted my fees in State Bank, hyderabad branch and he told banker fill challan online he just gave me deposit silps...so problem is that we dont knw branch code i called to bank they didnt reply,,and in slip no branch code mention pls tell wht should i do ?is it necessary to put banch code in application?
