Can you please tell whether medical certificate is needed before test or I can apply for test without medical certificate?

Default Seriously,Enough with the eligibility!
I don't understand why people are still asking whether they are eligible or not.
There's no rocket science in it,it's quite simple and plain.
How can we compete with the world when we can't even understand a simple advertisement or filling a simple form? I am not criticising any specific one,just saying after reading tons of posts regarding eligibility.

Man,our education system is ridiculous!

I never meant to infuriate you moderator brother. There is no mention of IT in advertisement but usually Computer science and IT are considered equivalent. And i have studied economics, accounting, statistics, marketing, HRM, finance, calculus besides computer languages and computer networks. But still i cant conclude about my eligibility for the job.
