There is no such thing as expected interviews in case of FPSC, it's always out of the blue.

I have been to fpsc head quarters last month. They told me that they would anounce the schedule at the end of july...now lets hope they keep their words...

When is preventive officer interview .? any news..?

Can someone tell is preventive officer better job than excise inspector....??

yes.
Its better than almost 80 pc grade 16 jobs and even some grade 17 jobs.
However, those considering themselves extra-genius should not join it as the promotions are deadly slow.

in india it is one of the most sought after jobs. however, cant say anything in pakistan set up. the job descriprion in the fpsc adverisement showed that it is a decent job with sufficient powers. Rest I dont know much
