Details of how many candidates are asked to submit documents. All the open merit candidates are automatically selected against the quota of their provinces. Those who fall in quota list shouldn't let their hopes go sky high as chances of selection are minimal.
Your calculations are wrong in the sense that you have assumed the alphabetical ordered lists are quota-wise. However, in actual, they are centre-wise.

Thnx for your feedback Kashif. Can you please elaborate your point further? I checked my calculations with few people and it fitted perfectly fine.

What is B.S. in Bio-Data form? And what are we supposed to write in Category, Subject?

And dear Kashif, if you observe closely, candidates are arranged in six blocks of alphabetic order, while test centers were not six in number but more than that.

15 Days after the result declaration i.e 19th January was the declaration date so after 15 days it will be 3rd February I guess. But be quick and don't wait for the last date.
