Experience wasn't required for the said post but experience certificate should be sent with the documents. However, In case of deficiency, FPSC will shortlist you conditionally and will ask to provide the same at the time of Interview. It is not a matter of great concern at the moment.

I think you didn't bother to read the notice properly because it was fairly the simplest and easy thing to do. The notification was issued on 19th January 2016 and it was explicitly mentioned..."within 15 days of placement of this Notice on FPSC website"... therefore, 2nd Feb 2016 is considered as the last date.

Your two statements contradict each other.you said experience is not required but at the same time you saying experience certificate should be attached with the documents..how..????

No... they aren't contradicting, rather you didn't understand the meaning. I said "should be" not "must be". let me explain... In some cases, experience is required to fulfil the eligibility criteria and in some case it is not. In this case, when the experience wasn't required then why you attached the copy of service card...?

Not required simply means that a candidate will not be disqualified for not having experience but providing the experience certificate is a good act to remain on safe side, as you have mentioned your job. Experience certificate describes the nature of your job, duties and responsibilities, along with satisfactory remarks by the senior, and could affect interview panel positively.
