FPSC is being mismanaged, whether it be exorbitant delay in Inland Revenue Inspector recruitment, double interviews in NH&MP, or strange delivery of result in Appraising and Valuation Officers without mentioning that it is intended for merit candidates only. FPSC seems to be tasked with the workload it cannot efficiently handle, it is being utterly mismanaged. Another independent recruitment agency should be formed.

whats hell is going somewhere FPSC conducts interview twice on the grounds to fulfilling RATIO CRITERIA and somewhere they issue list that contains limited number of candidates even less than VACANT POSITIONS ...............anybody know what is this ??????where is fundamental rights ???
where is transparency ??? where is credibility ???? WHY fpsc is ruining the future of youth ??? |

I know what unemployement means because I have passed through that phase and I think chance should be given needy ones. Even after selection if one intends not to join it takes almost a half year for the next candidate in line which is long time I have not joined yet, it is under process I may send documents to fpsc but as soon as I join my interest will be over & I will not go for an interview |
