Result declaration date
(certificate issued by controller of examination of board will be accepted
Which certificate r they talking about. Is there any result declaration certificate to be issued from board

bro actually they check the result declaration date of bechlor degree in order to check condidates's eligibility. matric, fsc date is not of much importance. u can put any date with idea as the year of passing is written on every certificate. its enough. but u must provide for bechlor degree.

S.S.C (Matriculation) Certificate is required to verify the age.

leave it blank as most of the universities do not issue GPA to percentage conversion.
Otherwise,if you have GPA equivalent percentage then write.

Dont worry. Degree certificate is not necessary if it is not issued yet. It is common practice that degree is given after 1-2 years.

It is mendatory. FPSC can reject candidature if degree certitificate is not submitted.
