brothers, FPSC is quick when it comes to over burden student through changes in syllabus. They apply similar other tactics. They call it reforms... Where is reforms when It comes to announce result quickly, why don't they reform and bring more transparncy in testing. Why ?? why they fear..?? if they are true and honest when they say there is 100 per cent merit why they fear.
I have written them application to them you too send them application and demand changes. you may courier them or ask them on phone.

Sir,
You have been bestowed by Allah this rare and precious opportunity to make some positive changes in FPSC that you will not be rewarded by Allah but your name would also be remembered by every candidate benefiting by your policies.
Today I on behalf of millions of educated candidates convey certain things with very heavy heart. We also expect you to not only read thorough but also take concrete actions to address some of justifiable and legitimate concerns.
The purpose of this comparison is not to underestimate or criticize but the sole reason is to suggest that FPSC can also adopt some changes to make itself more modern, technological and students-oriented so that it can keep pace with 1st century's needs.
Issue FPSC NTS

Extremely Late announcement of results It finalize selection too late. Even it announce result of screening test after 6 months sometimes more i.e Inspector FBR, AD Intelligence Bureau results still pending

NTS announce results of same application load (i.e 50,000 candidates) within 10 days: Such as AD, JIO's in NAB.

2nd Issue. Total Ambiguity

Candidates are kept in total ambiguity. No Marks of screening test announced. No duplicate answer key given. No Merit order published

NTS provides:
Marks of every candidate from 1 mark to 99 marks is published
Duplicate answer key,
Merit order is also published these days


Sir, without doubt candidates still repose great trust in FPSC in final selection but If greater transparency is introduced i.e Such as test marks, duplicate answer key , merit order is displayed, They will trust more and remain satisfied.
Secondly, Students fails to understand what causes FPSC to announce result so delayed. Both NTS and FPSC same machines and Same OMR question sheets so If NTS can announce result in 10 days what hinders FPSC to do same. FPSC can take 20 days or maximum one month. But six to eight months are too much.
We hope You would take this feedback as positive sign and surely take quick note of these just concerns of students. Moreover, result of Inspector FBR is requested to be announced quickly because it is already too late.

You will not "ONLY" rewarded by ALLAH but also .......

And You r 100% right....I had the same thinking but when i discussed with some people who have passed FPSC they proved me wrong.

It happened to me in Patrol officer test where i was sure of more then 90% marks and FPSC even didnt disclosed candidates marks. I was in complete ambiguity and i had to accept my failure.

The 2nd big issue is that nobody will stand with u , many people will think if they stand with u they may loose their candidature for selection in FPSC which is a stupid fear.

And the points you raised are all real issues and should be corrected in the first instance by fpsc.
