Well, this is not sth new my friend! There is no Socrates in the commission, these commissions are being run by this old tradition of copy and paste. Consult my posts in the CSS' and PMS' threads and you'd come to know about the reality of these tests. There is no room for a person with a conceptual bent of mind, all you need is to be adept at memorising things, that's it!
