Default PEF Interview
there were 35 candidates for the interview of Assistant Director and 6 persons in interview panel which 5 were dummy bcz only one person chairman of PEF used to ask question or questions was that " y u r suitable for PEF " AND NOYHING MORE. they wind up interview session with in 2 hours after begun one thing more they took one written test more at the time of interview.this was discus-sting bcz 1 year contract job ,2 tests and one interview and in the end there would b reference

My interview was on 5 April 2017 for Officer's post and it was so disappointing, they didn't even ask any questions. Its been months we applied for this post, after making us wait for 2 hours, it was all a matter of 2 minutes.
There were only two interviewers, one asked me introduce yourself and other, can you travel to remote area outside Lahore?! That's it. What I felt, it was all pre-decided whom they are gonna hire, they were just fulfilling formalities. I am so angry, sad and disappointed! It was all in vain! V sad

u r lucky they took 2 minutes otherwise there were many candidates, they took 1 minute and still they r ready to try again in coming test
