1. Caravan General Knowledge by Ch. Najib Ahmed. I have latest addition of 2015.
2. Model Papers by Advanced Publishers.

What the above member has suggested would be helpful for the MCQs portion of the test.
For CA read articles from newspapers , World Times magazine. You may also follow some CA notes from any academy for preparation in short time. The same goes for the Essay for MOD Test.
