Saba is right. In documents required along with bio data form... Received by post, physical certificate and computer literacy certificate is required. Now, on the contrary... The e-mail received from FPSC, dosent require the said certificates. At first I was thinking to consider the web notice and the email but Confusion arises primarily because of the printed date on letter, received through postal mail, i.e. 4th march 2016. It simply means that it is not an out dated letter.

I will try to contact FPSC, to clear the confusion...

i have confirmed from FPSC medical and computer certificate r required. Medical certificate from private hospital is not acceptable. Anyhow u can get it from any government hospital according to representative of FPSC.

Who is authorised to issue it.
Is it compulsory for inspector custom job?

Choudhry saab, visit district headquarter hospital, sign a statement from the medical superintendent that mentions your height and chest measurement. It is in fact a requirement for Inspector customs.
