Thanks brother! I don't know actually. First, there is many a slip between the cup and the lip, IF I am recommended for P.O. then I'll consider my position. Second, I have no idea about either of these jobs. All I know is P.O. is mostly likely to be posted in Karachi/Lahore and Inspector Customs can be posted throughout the country. Even the madam in interview asked me if I was willing to work in Karachi, marta kya na karta I conceded. For now, it's inspector customs. Anyway, I will give it a serious thought after CE-2017.
