Wasalam,
Once I appeared in same exam conducted at Okara in 2009 or 2010, it was an mcqs based paper of 100 marks. The questions were asked about English (15 mcqs), Nutrition (50 mcqs including functions of different vitamins and their sources, different diseases erupting due to the deficiency of these vitamins etc), General Knowledge (15 mcqs), computer (5 mcqs) and rest from Pak Study and Islamiyat, that is all what I remember : best of luck.
