Assistant job in PIA
Dear, I don't think so that there are 2300 seats or never heard such info.
Total seats are 940 approx and can be minimized further after final approval of PIA MD as the final list has not yet done. I have heard that every day there is an update in the list due to high ministers source for their favorite candidates. This is Pakistan man and no fair selection or merit. Most of the seats are distributed to ministers. God Knows whether some of the seats were left for MERIT or not. |

Man, No, I don't have source in written test but many of the candidates were
got interview call even they were initially not got the letter. I know many of those persons who were failed in written test but after some time they got the letter with source. Written Test was not the problem but now job letter will be distributed and every body is trying their most to get it with source. I have heard that PIA management is having a big outside pressure for these seats and thats the one reason for taking long time for final list. No, Idea about score but I got the interview call which means that I got more that 80% as this was the deadline by PIA. Passing marks for written
The passing marks for written test were 60%.I had watched score of many candidates.What was the score of you my all the friends????

well, yesterday i called DGM Recruitment and Placement PIA Karachi Head office, They told me that, Final list are still in process and result will be announced after Fiscal budget in July or August.
They also shocked me when i came to know about the salary package. I asked, What is the salary package, They said, 10,000 Rs. I was like. I can't believe we are killing our time for this sort of job with only 10,000 bucks. I would prefer to work as a freelancer instead of working for 10K bucks.
