There will be no ISSB but you have to go through some of the activities of ISSB i.e. Psychological Assessment and Interview. And these will be conduct by PAF itself.

You have to go to PAF Information & Selection center. It's in Lahore Cantt near PAF Cinema.

Default Maximum weight requirement ?
Hello everyone, my younger brother passed intelligence and academic test of logistics branch. Now he is upto his initial medical examination. What is the maximum weight requirement with respect to 5 feet 8 inches height. Is there any relaxation if a candidate is over weight because it is short service commission ?

Hi Arif,
If you are applying for Short Service Commission at PAF then there is no ISSB.


The procedure of events is as:
Sr. # 1 & Sr. # 2 are on same days. If you clear Sr. # 1 then you are candidate for Sr. # 2 otherwise end.
1) Intelligence Test
2) Academic Test
Sr. # 3 is just about one week to 10 days away from above two. There is no serious interview but just formality. Normally, Sr. # 3 & Sr. # 4 are on same day.
3) Initial Medical
4) Initial Interview & detailed Forms needs to be filled.
Sr. # 5 is just bout 15-20 days away from above two.
5) Psychological Test
Sr. # 6 is a serious interview & is after about 1-1.5 months.
6) Final Interview by Air HQ Selection Board
Just after Final interview, one comes to know about his result & gets call letter for final medical CMB or end.
7) Final Medical at CMB PAF Air Base Masroor (Karachi).
8) Issuance of Call letters to successful candidates for training.

Asalam Alaikum,

Dear forum members, i have cleared the initial stages of PAF selection Process. Now i have to appear in a Psychology test. Plz help me if anybody knows about the Psychology test of PAF, i.e what will be in the test. How much time will it take and and any material for preparation of this test???????
