well its not rumor i have confirmed that there is a stay order taken by old employees they demand that they should get promoted instead of hiring new work force, the first hearing was on 22nd October 2011 don't know about the 2nd hearing if any one has any info please share with us. The source also told me that the court will decide the case in 2nd or 3rd hearing.

Brother as you have some info of the hearing or the Case. What do you reckon what way the case seems going ?
Will SNGPL win the case or old employes would be elevated ?

If this information is really true then all I can say is that these losers with their limited skills and talents are not going to let go of sngpl that easy. Why cant these jerks take their experience, thank God for it and seek other opportunities..

P.S. In case these guys are on contract, there is not a chance in hell that they will win the case cuz when u are on probation, no contract in the world offers you a permanent position after its completion. It is only subjected to “Performance” and “Availability”. I wonder if the old employees have some issue other then this or are they just plain STUPID !
