In which dept BP-14 can get highest salary?

Please any one tell me which are the high paying Govt. departments?
what is the highest salary for the post of BP-14 in high paying department.

Generally salary of BPS 14 in government department is not more than 8000 but in few autonomous organization offer special salaries where it reach @15000 starting like corporation and authorities.BPS 14 in Punjab police also draw salary near 15000.

Commonly, in Federal Govt. An Assistant in BPS-14 gets the following pay (Till June 2010)

Basic Pay: 4920

House Rent: (4920 x 45) / 100 = 2214

Conveyance Allowance = 1360

Medical Allowance = 500

Adhoc Relief Allowance = 984

Total = 9978
--------------------------------------------
Now After Budget Announcements, the Pay shall be:

Basic Pay : 4920

House Rent : (4920 X 45) / 100 = 2214

Conveyance Allowance = 1360

Medical Allowance = 1000

Adhoc Relief @ 20% of Basic (June 2009) = 984

Adhoc Relief @ 50% of Basic (June 2010) = 2460

Friends I am working in an autonomous body and my starting was as follows in march 2010 when I joined before budget.
Basic= 6,350
House rent = 7,805
Conveyance = 3,200
Tea allowance = 200
Utitlty bill= 700
Adhoc allowance = 1,270
Net pay = 19525
Now after budget 50% increase has been approved in basic salary and we are also expecting that there will be an increase of 35% in house rent.

ppl must nt have fear in being appointed as BPS-14 regarding low salary job..... cz entry level jobs after MBAs in Banks are being paid not more than 18000-20000 with hella workload an timing of job is around 9am-8pm.. n even more
but in Govt offices, employees are most probably free before evening around 4pm-5pm

I listen that the PSO, PIA and Sui Southern Gas Company are the leading paying companies. is it true?
Apart from these companies which Govt. companies are the paying leaders.

Basic Pay for all the departments is same. but some departments offer more allowances which adds up the salaries to make the total more than other departments. In govt. departments, employees of High court are offered more salaries with judicial allowance etc. making it the leading department with high sum of salaries, it is followed by Punjab Police, who are offered with 20 days fixed daily Allowance and a risk allowance.
The starting pay in Punjab Police in BS-14 is 21000/- approx.

Judiciary is at the top (i think), but an Assistant (BS14) in Police Department, at his initial stage is drawing approximately Rs.22000/.

but within four year my friends take 30,000(i resigned 2009)
