yes previous good character is relevant but bad character becomes relevant only when good character is argued by accused
ex parte wala pora statement kai tha?

Ex-Parte had several options like is Res-Judicata, Res-Subjudice applicable to it. Others that I recall were meaning of Animus Confitendi, No. of Columns in FIR, Its evidentiary value, Special law applicable to,types of punishments mentioned in PPC, Relevant order from which appeal lies, Article 10 of the Constitution, Justice of Peace acts as, CrPc detailed description in which Schedule, Remand by Magistrate, Opinion of Expert, Meaning of Injury as in PPC, Inherent Powers relevant section, Writ Jurisdiction of HC. There were several questions related to Criminal Appeal in Supreme Court. Remember?

ex partee me res judicata nhi apply kerta ques youn tha k in me se kon se chez nhi apply kerti ex partee me.
special law subjects k lye hta h but not confrmed ye ap ppc ki definitons me se special alw ki definition me check ker skty hain.
types of punishment me enforceable awli jo statement thi wo ans tha is ka
justice of peace police officer ki terha kam ker skta h jub arrest kerna ho i think.
opinion of expert me special knowledge and special experience wali statement correct thi.
injury ppc ki definitions me se chech ker lain i think injury of person body reputation and legal injury is ki definition h.
inherent powers wala sec 151 h.
crpc procedural alw h na k substantive is me ne nothing pe cick kia tha
remand by magisterate wala kia statement tha wsy aik ka ans 14 days tha
itna hi ata h mujhy

LLB can not be done as a private candidate like MA englist,eco etc. you are required to send your admission through an institution. short and easy way is that go to any local private college offering LLB. tell them i will not attend classes , i will pay you fee and you will send my admission through your college. its very common practice.
