Man AKBL MTO job is very much secured as compared to AD WASA...The only drawback is that once you are in a bank than you almost pledge your life to this sector and in the mid way through you will feel paralyzed in this sector...

WASA will never end one's contract but they regularise their employees sooner after the specified job tenure.
Not at all. WASA may terminate you even if a single inquiry findings come against you. Infact in alot of ways WASA has lower job security. It is very difficult to grasp all SOPs/laws even after 1 year of job and its very easy to do illegal act and you wont even know it. The pet sentence of rankers is

"Ap kay haton say 100 files nikal jayen ge aur ap ko pata bhe nahi chalay ga ap kay sath hua kya hai "

If any CMIT/ACE inquiry is initiated against you, your department will not support you and you will be humiliated hours outside ACE office. A simple constable of ACE will make you stand in heat for hours if you dont pay him Rs. 1000.

As far as regularization is concerned, you are wrong once again. Not a single AD WASA has been made permanent. Infact even ADs of LDA (which is parent organization of WASA) have not been made permanent yet. ADs of LDA of 1st batch are still awaiting regularization and ADs which were hired in 2007/08 have had their contracts renewed. So no regularization chance for AD WASA at all.
