both have different perks and benefits...PMS is well known and prestigious job..but in current Affairs NAB have wast of power.. they can Accountable to any bureaucrat ..and NAB chairman is only responsible to Stat Head... or under direction of SC.. overall.. AD NAB is stylish shining and currently needy job for corruption free our country this is only for patriots...

AD NAB is far powerful post with more benefits than PMS, but with two exceptions: First, NAB Job is not permanent and second, future of NAB as an organization is also not sure [even SC was going to dissolve this organisation when there was a delay in appointment of current chairman].

Instead of NAB

NAB had called the persons who have by any way 1st Division in his BA/Graduation.

PMS is an ability for everyone like CSS

PMS is better. You can enjoy a variety of postings and comparatively rapid promotions.
A PMS officer reaches the rank of Provincial Secretary, whereas there are a limited seats of BPS-19+ in NAB
