hmm .welcome.
16000 will be your basic pay arounnd 4500 house rent,1500 medical, 5000 conveyance ,add 1500 more if you get computer allowance ,there are some adhoc relieve allowances ,lets see hope that you get some of those.
your starting pay would be 34000 as one of our friend quoted .

i m shafaq n working as computer instructor bs-17 at attock cantt, and this is 6th month of my job, cma has not released my salary yet

Shafaq welcome to the CI community. some of the people have started getting salaries and are now on regular pay roll. so you should contact CMA so that your problem may be solved.
