anyhow i applied for the position of Office associate/coordinator posted by UMT at Rozee.pk but didnt receive any response. then I called UMT and the hr dept told me that we havn't received any CV of yours so send your CV to our hr mail id. after 10-15 days, i received a call from UMT HR and the guy told me that there is a job of Student counsellor if you interested then you can appear for test and interview on 2nd may. I said Ok. so I didnt seen any job ad for this particular job.

there were around 10 candidates and umt took the test (computer skills and written skill) on the same day as the interview... gone through a process of 5 hours. I think i have provided enough details....

will you please share your qualification background and experience?????

Congratulations for being offered a good position at UMT. I was also contacted for the position of Program Manager at UMT. I don't know whats their remuneration package? Can you share yours so that I can have an idea of the position I am offered?

the job you applied for requires minimum 1 year experience and you have 2 year experience, i want to check that criteria of selection.

meanwhile i have only 1 year experience and job you told me requires 2 year experience and ideal candidate would be one with 3 year of experience.

The first 2 to 3 year are tough for any person initiating its career, after that it would be a easy one.

Jahanzaib please dont go into tooo much detailssss........... if you think that you have the ability to do all the JDs mentioned in the job ad then just go and apply for that one.... it will costs you nothing. atleast your cv will be in the database of that company or if they call you for an interview but not offer you that job then atleast you can get the experience of presenting yourself... believe me it will help you how to present yourself in the market
