I have my experience that merit is waqt just FPSC and secret departments mein hi hai kyun kay wahan parchi walay logo ki really zarorat nahi hai even provincial commissions mein bhi parchi system hai or seat bik rahi hain BPSC Scandal was an example......

You are absolutely right dear. I myself am an example, I had no parchi at all and in my batch all have been selected under strict merit. So hope for the best dear, If you have guts you will definitely be selected.
