its too early to give up. You still have some days . give application without evidence because I inquired the provencial FPSC about it and they told me to apply in written. You can then explain your point in personal hearing.

FPSC. You may also endorse a copy to the FDE with reference to their offer letter, clearly mentioning that at the time of submission of application for the said post you were not appointed in the government service.
